HOW Collaborative Meetings
HOW COLLABORATIVE SYMPOSIUM
The next HOW Collaborative Satellite Symposium will be held in partnership with the International Society of Obstetric Medicine (ISOM) and the Society of Obstetric Medicine of Australia and New Zealand (SOMANZ).

The session is planned for Thursday 17 October, immediately prior to the main ISOM-SOMANZ Congress in Sydney. ​

HOW Education Symposia
The HOW Collaborative has held multiple meetings since its inception, beginning with the inaugural HOW Education Symposium in 2017. The most recent HOW Education Symposium occurred in July 2024 in Bangkok. Those who attended can access the presentations from the day here.
Collaboration with THANZ
The HOW Collaborative partnered with the Thrombosis and Haemostasis Society of Australia and New Zealand (THANZ), jointly developing a women's health themed session at the annual haematology "Blood" conference in 2022.
Collaboration with SOMANZ
The HOW Collaborative is closely affiliated with the Society of Obstetric Medicine of Australia and New Zealand (SOMANZ), and coordinates a haematology-themed education session at the SOMANZ Annual Scientific Meeting every year. Collaboration with Lifeblood
The HOW Collaborative has joined with Australian Red Cross Lifeblood to deliver educational content relevant to transfusion medicine, including innovative treatment of haemolytic disease of the fetus and newborn (HDFN) and management of transfusion in pregnancy.
